You sometimes look at human stars and what you think is: "Wow, I would like to be as confident as he or she is!"

You know what's funny? Many of these stars are actually very insecure people inside. They are so focused on the perception that others have about them that they put a mask over their faces and play a role. In many cases, their confidence is a big smokescreen. But they rely on the external projection of their self-confidence and play the role as part of their fame.

There are only two types of motivation that prompt any human being to act: we associate every action with either pain or pleasure.

Whoever understands this pain/pleasure principle and applies it will be able to greatly improve his self-motivation. If you lack motivation, you will most probably associate whatever you have to do with pain and not with joy.

One of the most fascinating natural laws for me in life is the law of the magnetic heart. We always attract people who think the same and the same emotions as we ourselves and encounter the long run from the people with whom we have no similarities at the emotional level. No matter what your heart is full, you always draw on the people who wear the same charge in itself.
