Why the Joyshirts have the earth in each design?
We do not just sell something, we want to contribute long-term changes in people's minds. The earth on each Joyshirt is a reminder that we have only this one planet.

Within a single day on Earth will be destroyed over 50,000 hectares of rainforest, releasing 13 million tons of toxic chemicals, more than 45,000 people die of hunger, 130 plants and animals be eradicated by human activity. Mankind has moved far away from the nature! If we dont go back and learn again to live in harmony with nature, we will destroy more and more our basis of life on earth! It will and must give a new age of awareness!

I'm thinking since years about what I can personally do, that something changes in people's minds, so that we receiving for our children and grandchildren this planet.

It is often claimed that the modern environmental movement is started to develop because of the photo, "Blue Marble", the crew of Apollo 17 made in 1972 from the earth. Today it is one of the most seen images of all time .

We at 2joy want to do something, that this image of our earth find the way into the hearts of people. We will not sell just anything, we make a contribution, so that something changes in people's minds. The ground on each Joyshirt is a reminder that we only have this one earth, we only have this one home.

However, environmental protection and environmental awareness, always starts with ourselves. For example I have for years no cars and use public transportation almost exclusively, although some stupid neighbors say: "Mike Düring have no money for a car!"  :-)

The earth is a miracle in the universe that was created over billions of years. On Earth for billions of years there was a balance and we have managed to tilt that balance in just 100 years. We need to start together to rethink and every deed and every contribution, however small, is needed, otherwise we will destroy more and more the livelihood. It must and will be a new age of awareness .

People will ask, why an Earth is on each Joyshirt. You know what? This is exactly what I want. Each time no matter how brief look at the earth, it put a little seed in people's consciousness and eventually will be absorbed these seeds and it will change step by step something.
